Secondary Parent-Teacher Conferences

Sign-Ups for Parent-Teacher Conferences for the Middle School and High School will open on Wednesday, November 6, 2024 and close on Thursday, November 21, 2024. You will receive notifications from each of your child's teachers that will contain the sign-up list for all of the conference days. You are limited to sign up for 1 timeslot per child per family.

Middle School Conferences:

  • Monday, November 25th, 2024 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM [In-Person]
  • Tuesday, November 26, 2024 12:05 PM to 3:05 PM [In-Person]
  • Wednesday, November 27, 2024 12:05 PM to 3:05 PM [Virtual via Google Meet]

High School Conferences:

  • Monday, November 25th, 2024 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM [In-Person]
  • Wednesday, November 27, 2024 11:20 AM to 2:20 PM [Virtual via Google Meet]

If you sign-up for a virtual conference, your child's teachers will provide you with the Google Meet link along with their sign ups.

 

 

Best Practices When Signing Up for Parent-Teacher Conferences

 

Below are some best practices to follow when scheduling your conferences to ensure you have a productive and seamless experience.

  • Use our blank Parent-Teacher Conference Schedule Templates to keep track of your appointments. Print one per child and add your booked appointment slots to the template.

  • If you are planning to attend the in-person conferences, it is advised not to book back-to-back appointments to give yourself travel time between classrooms.

  • If you are looking for your appointments on the ParentSquare website on a computer, there are two (2) different ways to do this: through Sign Ups & RSVPs and through My Account. Please follow the directions below for both methods.


    If you are using the ParentSquare app on your mobile device, please follow the directions below on how to find your appointments.

  • You can find the room number for your in-person conference in the description of the teacher’s ParentSquare post (see example below).
