Best Practices When Signing Up for Parent-Teacher Conferences
Below are some best practices to follow when scheduling your conferences to ensure you have a productive and seamless experience.
- Download the ParentSquare Mobile App to have immediate access to all of your appointment slots right on your phone!
iOS App - Apple Store Android App - Google Play Store - If you have more than one child attending the Middle School or the High School, it is recommended to login to the Infinite Campus Parent Portal and print their class schedules to take note of the names of your children’s teachers.
- Use our blank Parent-Teacher Conference Schedule Templates to keep track of your appointments. Print one per child and add your booked appointment slots to the template.
MS PTC Schedule Template HS PTC Schedule Template - If you are planning to attend the in-person conferences, it is advised not to book back-to-back appointments to give yourself travel time between classrooms.

If you are looking for your appointments on the ParentSquare website on a computer, there are two (2) different ways to do this: through Sign Ups & RSVPs and through My Account. Please follow the directions below for both methods.
