Non-Public Student Registration

In addition to registering directly with your specific non-public institution, you must register with the Wantagh School District.  Please upload the following documents to the Secure Docs folder found below:

 

-Registration Application

-Proof of Residency

-If you own your home, please provide 2 forms (mortgage statement, deed, tax bill….etc.)

-If you rent please provide us with a signed and notarized landlord affidavit along with proof of residency from your landlord.

-Birth Certificate

-Race and Ethnicity Form

 

Upon completion of these documents, please reach out to Danielle Ortiz at centralregistration@wantaghschools.org and specify the school your child will be attending.  If you have any questions, please contact our Registrar at (516) 765-4165.
