How do I schedule a fingerprinting appointment?
Contact Indentogo by going to their website at https://www.identogo.com/locations to find a location or call (877) 472-6915. Once you enter the service code (which we will give to you), you have the ability to schedule an appointment.

Go to their website at https://www.identogo.com/locations, choose Digital Fingerprinting.

MorphoTrust requires a service code.
It is a unique number that is assigned to us so they know where to send the information. It is a unique number that is assigned to us so they know where to send the information. 

  • Your Service Code is 14ZGR7.
  • Our “ORI Number” is TEACH . You will need this in order to obtain a service code.

What is the reason code?
For all reasons choose "Employment Applicant".

What method of payment can I use for my application fee?
The fingerprinting fee must be paid on-site at the time of the fingerprinting appointment with check or money order. If you choose to pay with credit card it must be done on site to sign the authorization. No cash will be accepted.

What is the fee?
MorphoTrust charges a $13.50 fee. 
It includes scheduling, printing and transmitting electronically. 
DCJS fee is $75.00 and the FBI fee is $13.25. 
Totaling $101.75.

Photos and identification
MorphoTrust will take a photograph at the time you are fingerprinted.
You must also have acceptable identification at the time. 

MorphoTrust will accept: 

  • Driver's license PERMIT
  • Driver's license – any state
  • Enhanced driver's license (EDL)
  • Employment authorization card (doc. I-766) with photo
  • Passport
  • Permanent resident card / Green card (I-551)
  • Photo ID waiver for MINORS and Social Security card or Birth Certificate
  • State ID card with a seal or logo from a state agency
  • Federal ID card with a seal or logo from a federal agency
  • Merchant mariner document (MMD)
  • Military dependent's card
  • Military ID card
  • Military ID card – retired
  • Uniformed services ID card (Form DD-1172-2)
  • Commercial driver's license
  • Dept. of Defense Common Access Card
  • Enhanced Tribal ID card

How will I know where to go?
The applicant will be notified upon completion of the registration process. This prevents walk-ins.
